would this be okay for a gtx 670 & i7 3770k minnor over clocking.

Sure. It will be fine for your intended uses. I would suggest you spend the money on a similarly priced Seasonic or Corsair instead. You really only need about a 500w PSU as long as you only use one GPU.

cheers guys im going with this one then I heard my few fair shares of stories about corsair they're ehh apprently if this is plenty of power would it be enough for dual 670s for future proofing?

Yes it will handle dual 670's fine.
