HELP! R9 280 and FX 8320

So I really need help I have a build with a Sapphire Radeon R9 280 and an FX 8320 and 8GB RAM and I am having trouble running some games. I ran Alien Isolation perfect but when i try to run Batman Arkham Origins or Far Cry 4 or Metro Last Light Redux or even Minecraft or Unturned i loose frames like crazy. Unturned runs at like 20FPS and minecraft sometimes drops to like 18 to 23 in big servers and im dedicating 4GB of ram just to minecraft. I dont know how much FPS I'm getting on the other games but if yah need to know ill figure it out. Im running windows 8.1 btw

Is this a new build? Or is it an existing with with a new graphics card? My first inclination would be the video drivers

i built it in november and i have the latest gpu driver catalyst 14.12
