Help R9 280X Vapor-X OC BOOST

So.. im trying to build my new PC into a new case that i just bought, but for some reason I just keep getting a black screen on startup with the message NO VGA/HDMi1/HDMI2 Signal.. i'm really at lost here

I've tried to boot without different component and the mobo does not give any beeps or anything, so im thinking i might have connected the Gpu wrong. I've tried to search the forum but havent found anything.. I really need someone to draw me a picture on this one.. else im never going to understand

If you tried to boot with a different card and it did not boot, it may be the mobo. What is the make and model of your mobo and GPU?

I havent tried another another GPU except for those I have, the thing is.. It worked perfectly yesterday.. but when started building in my new case, it did not work.. would be kinda strange if the mobo would just break down
