MB : Asus sabertooth 990fx r 2.0
CPU : Amd FX-8350 4 Ghz
GPU : R9 390 8Gig 512Bit


Hello everyone i really need help about that. When i play game gpu clock speed drop cuz of that fps drop. i took 2 pics about that in gta v you can click link and see. When im in the house clock speed is normal but go out its begining as you can see
