Help! Ram Slots Won't Work!

I've been having this issue for such a long time now! My ram slots will not work. I have tried changing motherboards, but to no avail! I can only have 1 ram stick in out of the two sockets, if I have more than 1 it will not start! We have very carefully checked the cpu pins and found that they are all in perfect condition, and we have tested the ram in another computer to see if they work, which they do. Please someone help before I make like a pinata and hang myself!

Aside from unlikely possibility that memory controller in the CPU is faulty, maybe your memory is not compatible with that MB or with each other.
