Help regarding connection speed

Internet speed: 100mpbs fibre optic
Product : 300Mbps AV500 WiFi Powerline Extender Starter Kit
TL-WPA4220KIT

I plug my adapter into the wall wall plug and connected to the modem. i also plug the power line extender into the plug in my room and connected to my laptop via LAN cable. the pairing was successful. However, i was receiving very very poor internet speed (0.13 Mbps download speed) Other than my laptop, nothing else is connect.
Connecting straight to the router will give 34mpbs from the same location of the extender

How can i solve this problem?

If the room you have the other extender in is on a separate circuit line, the result will be very poor connection speeds. Unfortunately there is nothing you can really do about this, except go wireless or run a cable.

How do i know whether it is on a separate circuit line. All the electrical wiring connects to only one circuitbreaker.

I'm not 100% sure on this myself. I would do a little more research on power line adapters and look for people who have had similar problems.
