Help regarding dxdiag result

hi guys.
i just wanna ask regarding the outcome of dxdiag in my system w/ Zotac GTX 970.

im using windows 8.1 (x64)
im kinda confused w/ the result. is that a bug? or my GTX 970 is damage?
please help me...see pic below.

i have 16Gb of Ram (Corsair Vengeance Lpx)

I doubt it's anything to worry about. Could just be a read error with dxdiag.
Try download something like this:

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

And see if it says the same.
