Help regarding gaming

I have an Intel core 2 duo 1.86 GHz processor. Will I be able yo run games like GTA 5 if I upgrade my pc to 4 or 8 gigs ram and 4 gigs graphics card.

with an old pc like yours turn it into a web and word pc for work. look into newer g4400 or g3258. cpu and h97 or the h100 chipset mb. then i would put in a gpu for gaming pc.
