Help regarding my Mobo, CPU, GPU

I was wondering if a GeForce760 2GB GPU will be compatible with an ASUS Z97-A ATX motherboard and an Intel® Core™ i5-4670K 3.40 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150? Will these be able to run DayZ on highest settings?

All compatible and will be fine together, will go as high as a 760 can go on DayZ, doubt if Ultra w/ all, think a 770 might be close, but not even positive on that....guess high and prob 50 or so maybe with a 760
