Help Regarding no Sound

My Keyboard and Mouse Usb is working to my computer but no audio output device installed i got a Logitech g560 speaker.I tried uninstalling- reinstalling the driver ,disk cleaned up up/defrag my hard drive, download driver easy or boost driver still dont work

Start at the beginning, is this a new setup? Did sound work at some point? What happened before the issue started? Need full system specs listed as well, motherboard brand/model, computer brand/model. If you check in Device Manager, is the audio drivers there with errors or is nothing there at all? Check hidden devices also.
