Help regarding OEM purchase?

I am right in the middle of building my first computer and it's time to buy the OS. Newegg has Win 7 for $99 which seems like a great deal, until I read what OEM means.

Am i safe to get this or should I double the price and get the full retail version? Obviously I'm trying to save as much money as possible but I want to make sure I'm not waisting 100 dollars if the software is gimped or not supported. Just ready to get this thing going!!!

Any thoughts?
