[SOLVED] Help regarding Windows 7 Professional

Is there SP1 for professional? Is it possible to upgrade it to SP1 though windows update?

That's the sp1 update.

After that, you can download all updates for windows 7 from the updater.
That will take a long time though.
Be sure that after installing all available updates, and restarting when necessary, that you check for more updates.
Repeat this process.
You'll be done with updates when you go to check for them and it says there are no more

Non updated windows 7 before SP1. That will be fun to update.
Automatic updates will be broken. A bunch of hotfixes have to be installed manually, before automatic updates will start to work.
