Help Reinstalling Ram

bought new ram corsair vengeance 2x8gb and put them into my ga-z170 gaming 3 and it wont startup and it doesnt read my mouse or keyboard so i cannot access my bios

Recheck all connections,clean,undamaged,completly seated,nothing else loosened while reseating.

Also try a clear cmos.Test with just one stick in the second slot from the cpu.
