Help Reinstalling Windows

Is this in the right category? Sorry if not. Sorta new to Tom's Hardware

I had bought a windows 7 key and had a service rep give me the iso since the website was not working and she gave me the Russian version. Went through the installation process with Google translate to find that you can't change the language in pro versions. So I talked to another service rep and she had me buy a new key since the key I had was OEM. Now I need to reinstall Windows onto my pc but cant find how to get to the recovery mode on my Asus A68HM-Plus MOBO. Anyone know how?

You have been buying the wrong things, and talking to the wrong people.

1. Why did you need to buy Win 7? Is this for a new PC?

3. What install media do you have? DVD, USB, what?

Yes this is for a new pc. I bought Windows 7 off Ebay because plus the 40 its half the price of Newegg. I am using a USB

To reinstall just insert the media and reboot. There should be a F key such as F1, F2, F9, F12 or delete, that will bring up the "boot from" options then select your media to boot from
