Help removed f: from system, need it!

Hello, I have a accomadate ide 3.5 external drive which was f drive...somehow i have removed f! how can i get it back please help

Can you see the drive in Windows disk management? If so, and you are logged in as administrator, can you right click on it and assign it a drive letter in DM?
