Help Removing Hacks

I have a lot of important files on this PC and resetting is not an option.
I installed some bhop hacks a while back so I could speed run Half-Life original. Checked my PC today and I've been vacced in every single gold-source and source engine game I own. I guess I must of forgot to close the exe. one day, played CSGO and Half-Life and bam.
I accept responsibility for this (it was my fault) so I've forgotten this and made a new account.
I just want to know if there is a possibility I could get vacced on this account too. I deleted the original rar file that contained the hacks, closed the .exe. I only used this particular hack once and never unpacked it from the rar file. So how do I go about removing any trace of this hack (if there is one) so I don't get banned in the future?

Solution
The only way I can do that is by trying to ensure ALL files created or left over by the hack I was using are deleted, so that when valve anti-cheat scans my system, I am 100% cheat free.

Guaranteed, 100% free...
Wipe and reinstall.

Other than that, no idea of exactly what it was that the hacks/cheats you ran actually did.
And the only way for someone else to know is to install and run those same files, and trace exactly was was changed or installed. And then document whatever happened.

Which is unlikely for anyone else to do.
A full wipe and reinstall is always an option.
Might not be a pleasant option, but it is an option.

How to get unbanned? You'll have to talk to the admin of wherever has banned you.
Nothing we out here can help you with.

(assuming 'vacced' = 'banned')

Vacced means you got a VAC ban/Valve anti cheat. They are non-disputable and not issued by an admin. The hacks I used were for an offline game but carried over into games using the same or similar engine when I played them and forgot to disable the cheat.
And a fullwipe is not an option, I can do the wipe that removes all apps but even then I can't be certain.
I never unpacked the rar file, only opened the .exe once. Is it possible for any files to be created outside of the exe if it hasn't been unpacked?

I don't think you understand. I have accepted I am banned on that account. There is nothing I can do about that, it is something valve is very clear about; zero tolerance, non-disputable.
What I can do is make sure I don't get banned on my new, second steam account that I intend to play the same games on without hacks. The only way I can do that is by trying to ensure ALL files created or left over by the hack I was using are deleted, so that when valve anti-cheat scans my system, I am 100% cheat free.

Ok thanks, I have for sure learnt my lesson for cheating. If not for the 17 games I've lost online access to but the hours spent reinstalling software and drivers just to play CS:GO again.
Don't cheat kids; it is never worth the fun.
