HELP! (Repost before I spend 330$ could someone please help me make sure everything's compatible?)

Hi, so I'm upgrading my XPS 9000 (435T)
(Specs http://www.pcworld.com/product/59659/studio-xps-9000-midsize-tower-desktop-customizable.html) To an MSI N760 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127744) and before I go ahead and buy it, I want to make sure everything will fit and run correctly. It's 9.5 inches long (Exactly the cut off of how much space I have, 4.4 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide. It's also a dual-slot GPU.) (Pic of my MOBO

I know my stock PSU is only 475W and that I'm going to need to upgrade it. Currently I'd had my eyes set on the (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171094 Cool master V750) I measured my current PSU and that one seems to be a bit smaller than it so I'm pretty sure it should be fine.

and also 8GB of 1600 HyperX Ram

Yes, I think that will work. Looks like a decent PSU. Normally I would suggest checking the mobo list of approved memory but this looks pretty good.

Well, You mentioning memory compatibility got me a little worried...After looking into it ( http://www.dellmemoryram.com/dell-computer-ram/DellStudioXPS435T9000.html Info about ram) I think my computer can only take 4gb 1333hz individual ram cards? I'm kinda confused.... Would (http://www.newegg.com/Shopping/ShoppingItem.aspx?ItemList=N82E16820231405 be the only type of ram it could take?

Also, you saved me because apparently there's a ( http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN124724/EN) certain way you have to put in the DDR3 memory or itll do funky stuff to your computer o.o

Yes, and it being a Dell it will be picky about the RAM. Unfortunately Dell's aren't made for upgrades, they want you to buy a new PC every 3 years. So yeah, it certainly looks like the ram slots will be limited to 4GB DDR3 1333.

Just found that out about the ram right before buying it all! Yeah, this thing was a pain to decide what all to put in it. I'm pretty happy with the outcome tho, thanks for your help man!
