[Help Req:] ASUS vs MSI...?

i want to know, which one of the following Motherboard is Better ?

If they both have all the features you need it is your preference that counts, they are both good manufacturers.

Your links are missing. Agree with rolli59 there both good companies. MSI has software that will tell you whether your drivers, BIOS, or MSI programs need updated. which is a really nice feature. Don't know why ASUS doesn't use it so if there the same, I'd got with MSI because of this feature
