[SOLVED] Help restoring main BIOS

Hey,
I have some issues with my mobo B460M DS3H. My main BIOS is bricked and I can boot my pc just in Backup BIOS, I’ve wanted to ask if it’s possible to restore my main BIOS through backup BIOS and how?

Just flash same or newer Bios version again using instructions in MB user manual. Flashing affects only primary BIOS.
