Help! Restoring to Factory Settings

Hey everyone

I need to restore to factory settings my computer and I want to keep Microsoft Office. I have used the product key three times (out of three). What can I do?

What is going to happen after I restore besides my files and programs etc disappearing? Is it really going to be just like new again?

The answer for your second question is yes, and for the first question:
I'm not sure, though I think that you will not be able to use the product key again.
