Users are advised to stylize their thread with info asked of in this thread;
which will help lend some context to your build and the community will chime with worthwhile suggestions.

The sweet spot for AM5 platforms is DDR5-6000MHz, tight latencied, dual channel ram kits with AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it. I would avoid Gigabyte PSU's in favor of something from Corsair's RM lineup.

Moved thread from Components section to Systems section.

Allegro and X-Kom seem to be two popular suggestions ive seen popup, prices seem to be more expensive all around though, you may need to adjust your budget. The build looks fine, normally id say sub out the RTX 5070 with an RX 9070 as its a better card all around for about the same price, but the 9070's are much more expensive in Poland. So a 5070 may be a better bet from a pricing perspective, otherwise it looks fine.

Would you recommend any Monitor with it ? considering not too expensive
Go see some candidates in person if you can.
Failing that, go to rtings.com for reviews.
Monitors are a long term investment.
Buy the best one that your wallet and conscience will permit.

What will happen after 2-3 years?
The usual upgrade for a gaming pc is towards a stronger graphics card.
To that end, spend money on a stronger 850w psu with a 7 year warranty or better.

You want DDR5-6000 CL30 for these AM5 cpu's if you intend on gaming. Look at a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the video card seeing how this latest generation of AMD and Nvidia cards support PCIe 5.0. If purchasing a Nvidia card then make sure to get a ATX 3.0/3.1 power supply due to the adapter for those cards. Here's a few cost cutters / suggestions.

I suggest switching the Ryzen 5 7600X to a 7600 since you are purchasing a separate cooler anyway and could save some bucks. This build should easily be fine for the next couple of years at any resolution.

Sadly the friend's son already ordered all parts , I am wondering about the Ram , its 5200mhz 40L , Would it be fine for the set up linked above for gaming? at 1080p.

I think she took him to the shop and the shop guy kinda screw them over with parts recommendation , she showed it to me after the fact 🙁

You couldn't get slower RAM if you tried. That RAM needs to be returned.
