can someone reccomend me a simple guide or something i run the game like crap

The game runs dreadfully on multiplayer. It's usually not your fault if you can barely run the game.

Hard to go by "run the game like crap". What exactly does that mean in actual performance numbers or what is happening? What settings have you tried? It's not a very easy game to run.
