Question HELP! RX 580 spinning then stopping / no display after thermal paste change

I opened it up last night and was dumbfounded by the amount of dust that was present. I took my time and cleaned all of it, put it back together and it didn’t work at all. The fans spun then stopped and showed no display. Today I opened it up and I require help cleaning and relaxing the thermal paste I order to make my gpu work.

unforrtunately i do not know how to fix this. i just felt bad looking at your empty thread and scrolling past. hope you find a fix soon, or someone else can fix.
