[HELP] SAMSUNG MONITOR ERROR!! i need help :(

first, sorry for my bad english.
can someone explain this? pls. the white stripe only appears when the screen color is black / dark color. when the screen shows other colors the stripe gone.

does that monitor have an auto or menu button?

What do you mean? You connected your monitor to a computer and the monitor is not outputting display?

Is the monitor connected with the correct cable? Also check the if the video cable is connected properly...
