I need to buy one of these ssd for my laptop Hp8760w, to be used for as windows 10 64bit and fortnite. it will be used 80% all the time. my secondary drive will be 500gb hdd (which came with it)
i have price range for these only. so i cant go for better ssd.

cheapest to highest.

  1. Kingston A400 240gb (cheapest price) 3yrs warranty
  2. team group Gx2 256gb. 2years warranty
  3. Hikvision c100 240gb 2year warranty
  4. sandisk ssd plus 240gb 2 years warranty
  5. hikvision e100 256gb 2 year warranty
  6. adata su 630 240gb 2 year warranty
  7. crucial bx500 240gb 1 year warranty

gigbyte is above my range and so is adata su750.
so from above list which one to get for regular usage, gaming, office work, and everything else.

Yes, any of them will work.
Being in a SATA II port, none of them will reach full SATA III speed. But will be significantly faster than an HDD.

Reliability and warranty is the thing you want to consider.

I would go with the Sandisk.
Secondarily, the Crucial.

And no, you can't change the SATA ports on the motherboard to SATA III.
It is what it is.

i read abt sandisk right now thepart can varies per batch.
also if i cant change then even the lowest will be fine :/
for loading, shutting down, office apps, and so on/ oh for games too mainly fortnite n pubg mobile
