Help Screwed up

Hello,
Ok, we were going to rebuild a stock computer. So we have a HD, keyboard, mouse, monitor. Here is what we ordered from New Egg:
MB ASUS P7P55D-E LX
CPU INTEL CORE i7 2600K 3.4G 8M R
MEM 4Gx2 Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
PSU ANTEC 900 W HCG-900 RTL

So the i7 does not fit into this MoBo. Dumb we know. We can not return it. So we have to send in the MoBo and get a new one. Not wanting to screw up, we would like suggestions for a MoBo that would fit this i7 that has LGA 1155.

Well that is easy, I would first go to a place like IBUYPOWER, DELL.COM see what they use for your processor, then make your decision based on what they have available, its too easy.

I suggest going on Newegg.com and just go to motherboards > intel Motherboards > then look for 1155 slot motherboards, you can filter the results on the left hand side

Thank you. I think just figuring out how to filter was what we needed. Both boards look great. Will check back once we have the done but thank you, likely do the akekl one though ariscov had a really nice one plus made it clear how to go at it.
