help see lines in my monitor

good day..i see lines moving in my monitor whenever i play games..my monitor is using a vga cable with an dvi adaptor for my gpu..and im sure its not the gpu for i got two models but same using vga to dvi adaptor and also not my psu for i got two models too..is using vga to dvi adaptor be the problem??

the cable/adapter may be the issue, try getting a new cable.
