Question Help seeing if these parts will work together Custom Pc

I would avoid basing a build around a Xeon X3440. It is 10 years old and does not support any of the latest instructions used by modern programs. AVX isn't even supported.
I do not see any Xeon CPUs on the supported list for that motherboard. That CPU may not work in that board.
Do not use an unbranded power supply, these are prone to failure and may kill your whole computer.
That Xeon doesn't have any IGPU, so what graphics card are you pairing with that CPU?

Your choice of SSD is a solid choice. The cooler is compatible with socket LGA 1156, which is used by that platform.
Whats your build budget?

I got that CPU and Motherboard combo from this video :

Also I plan on using a gtx 750ti as my GPU, I will try to find a better branded PSU thanks.
I might use the i5-750 instead for my CPU but I hear the Xeon is better for Gaming

That CPU is pretty powerful for its age. Just keep in mind the lack of instructions may become an issue in the future. However, If you cannot stretch to a more modern platform, it isn't a bad idea to use the Xeon or another CPU on that platform.

The first generation I5 CPUs were only 2c/4t while the first generation I7 CPUs and that Xeon were 4c/8t. The Xeon is much better for gaming than the I5 and closer with an I7 from its time. If you can find an I7 880 it would perform a little better than the I5 or Xeon since it has a 3.7ghz turbo speed and 8 threads.

The Xeon would be a good pairing with a 750ti. You could buy a Corsair CX450 as your PSU.

Thanks a lot for your help!
Do you think that this is a better option for a PSU?, apparently CIT is a pretty big gaming brand too.

I have never heard of CIT before. They seem to be very low end and actually deliver less wattage than rated. One forum post said that they had a CIT product catch fire. Avoid really cheap power supplies. You would rather spend more on a PSU now than spend money rebuilding your pc since a bad PSU killed your hardware.

I would ONLY look for power supplies with at least 80+ efficiency and at least 450 watts. You will want something from a reputable brand like EVGA, Corsair, SeaSonic and a few others.
To be honest, this is as cheap as I would go. I know it is about 50 pounds, however, it won't fail. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/FQ648d/corsair-power-supply-cp9020101na I

I think that I am going to go with this EVGA PSU than, it has good reviews and is cheap.

That seems like a good budget offering. It offers modern output specifications where 12v rail gets the most wattage. The EVGA 600w also has a high wattage and 80+ efficiency. I would trust it with a 750ti, a card that doesnt need much wattage, but demands a decent level of quality..
