I need help selecting a graphics card It will hook up to a large flat screen TV I need it to stay under 180$ to match my build's budget It will also have to fit in the corsair D 450.
The TV is a Westinghouse VR-4085DF

I never knew Nvidia dropped the price of the 960 I thought it was still at $210+. Well, in that case then 960 is the best option.

960 only has 2gb but larger clock speed. R9 280 has 3bg and lower clock but is very easy to overclock
