Help selecting boot order in Gigabyte H370 HD3

I have a new build with the Gigabyte H370 HD3. I cannot for the life of me find a way to boot from the DVD drive to set up Windows. I looked in the SATA controller menu and all my peripherals are recognized.

Here's my "boot menu"

Turns out I had to enable CSM support.

Now halfway through Windows installation, my keyboard and mouse aren't working.

Edit: It was a USB issue with Windows 7. Wish life was easier.

Edit: It was a USB issue with Windows 7. Wish life was easier.

Win 7 doesn't have USB3 drivers built in and devices might not work in USB3 ports till that is installed.
