Help - Selling Promotional PC Digital Code

I recently bought a EVGA GTX 780 and received an e-mail with a promotional code for Batman: Arkham Origins for PC. It is a digital download and I am not interested in playing the game. I was wondering if there are any sites set-up to sell such codes or am I strictly relegated to posting on Craig's List. I searched on Google, but did not find any good options.

I have seen people selling these on ebay but I think technically you are not allowed.
