[SOLVED] Help! Set Downloads folder to the entire D-drive

I accidentally set my downloads folder to the entire D drive. I can't change it because when I right click into properties, it just brings me into the settings for the drive. What can I do to fix this?

Quick access -> Download -> Properties does it show?
How about under User -> Download ->Properties?

I can go to quick access and right click into properties for Downloads, yes, but I don’t know how to change the location of the folder from there.

Don't use Quick access. Look for Downloads under This PC, right click to open its Properties, click the Location tab, change the location.
