Help setting up a triple monitor display

Hi as the title says i'm trying to setup a triple monitor display for my desktop that has two gtx 970 in it the monitors in question are the asus vg248qe and i'm using displayport cables so i can use the 144hz refresh please help.

If you are trying to set up a 3-screen setup at 144 Hz, I don't think it's going to work at that speed (2 980's barelly manage to get up to 100 Hz). Anyways, if you just have to connect these displays into the card and extend them in options.
