Hey all, it's my first time building a PC and so I've been following the manuals like a good boy, and the Corsair H100i's manual said using it as an intake was recommended, so that's what I did. I've been having second thoughts though, so figured I'd ask the community here at Tom's what their opinions were.

Case: Corsair Air 540
Fans: 120mm x 2 (Stock H100i), (140mm x 3 (Stock Air 540), and one additional 120mm high CFM fan I purchased from a local store.

I also have two MSI GTX 780 Titans that will be running in SLI once the processor I ordered arrives. Those Titans both have cooling fans which will be blowing inside the case, which is something to consider as well.

I'm mainly unsure as to whether to use the CPU water cooler as an intake or exhaust, and how best to keep my system cool, but I'm open to general input/information. My question to you fine folks is, what's the optimal way to set up the cooling here?

Solution
Front two fans in intake position.

Rear fan in exhaust position.

with two Titans (PS: Titan is Titan, it is not 780 Titan :) ) you need to do away with lot of heat.

Better position the fans on the radiator in exhaust position like they will be throwing air outside of the case thru the rad.

Haha, thanks for pointing out the redundancy, and thanks for the input. I should add that I have a carpet and a cat in my house, so dust is definitely a factor. Any thoughts on that?
