Help setting up case fans for thermaltake view 71

Hi! I’m new to pc building and I wanted to use the thermaltake view 71 as my case, but I’m unsure of how to control the case fans. I saw something about you plug the controller into a four pin fan header but where do I plug in the fans? Do I plug the fans into the controller or do I plug it into the other fan headers on the mobo? Also if I do plug it onto the mono what pin are the case fans for the thermaltake view 71 because my mobo only supports four pin case fans.

Connect the fans to the controller hub.
If present connect the 12V connector with the power supply.
And connect the hub´s input with your motherboards 4 pin to provide the controller the target speed signal.

Is the 12V connector from the fan or controller? Also how do I know which is the 12V connector?

They usually have it labelled, if not compare with these connectors
