HELP! Setup OS on SSD

I'm in the middle of setting up my windows 7 OS on my 60gb SSD. I've installed everything important on my SSD such as drivers. Now i want to change my paths such as save files and programs to a 350gb HDD. Basically i only want my OS on my SSD and everything else goes to my HDD. Can someone tell me how i can do this?
So far my HDD is totally empty.
