Question Help, severe GPU issues

Monitor lost video input while pc was running. Restarted PC and resolution was messed up, stuck at 1024 x 768. GPU won’t show up at all in task manager or open hardware monitor, and fans were constantly running. Took out GPU & reseated but it’s still the same. Card is GeForce RTX 2060 6gb GDDR6. Is it possible that somehow the drivers were corrupted, and I need to reinstall them?
