[SOLVED] Help: Slot Question

Hello , I'm new to the website! Came here today i have a question regarding i want to upgrade my graphic card currently i have HD Graphics 2500 i want to replace it with dedicated , and i want to make sure if This Card will fit in the slots. Please Help me! Thank you for your support.

It will just slot into the top (blue) pcie slot, and with that GPU you don't have to worry about external power or anything, pretty much just plug and play.

That 710 card is old and slow, if you are looking for an upgrade to play games, that is not it. A GT 710 may be worth buying used at $20 to use for basic video outputs. Spend a bit more on a newer or faster card or just stick with your onboard video. 1030 is about $80, a used GT 730 with GDDR5 RAM is also much better than the 710.

Yes, but just temper expectations. Maybe watch some videos on YT of this card running games you want to play to get an idea of how it will perform.

I would not buy a 730 new, they should be about $30, maybe 40 tops used, just make sure you see it running first. For a new card, the 1030 low profile is the one to get. Just make sure your power supply is over 250 watts and that the BIOS is the latest for the system.
