HELP ! Slow SSD Write/Read speeds after resetting bios.

I have a 3-4 month old self build pc here.
It worked fine at first place than i wanted to oc my cpu .. but something went wrong and kep getting blue screens.
So i reset the bios.. after this ssd went slow 🙁
And i am still stuck with a slow ssd did alot of reinstall etc ..

Motherboard : Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0
SSD : OCZ Agillity 3

I have unplugged my second HDD and CD ROM but nothing helped ..
I do have a Fresh install of windows 8.1 right now.

Somebody wanna check my pc please ?

I have reading 200 Mb/s and 100 Mb\s Write speed..
I plugged in a SATA 3.

somebody can give me right drivers or just check my system with teamveiwer let me know

enter the bios and see what mode the sata port is in. IDE or compatability would give you those speeds. Change it to ahci after you reinstall the AMD chipset drivers.

Its one ahci i updated all drivers still dont work as hdd benchmark say storahci - ok ...

I cant d/l your manual. Look thru your bios for a setting to enable raid5 mode though I think thats a uefi motherbd.
