HELP! so i accidentally deleted my "Qualcomm LAN Killer E2201 Driver"

so i cant connect to my ethernet cable and when i try to redownload "Qualcomm LAN Killer E2201 Driver" Code 10 pops up... idk what to do i just want to connect to my ethernet cable

Okay, first question: Did you build this computer yourself?

If yes, what motherboard do you have?
If no, what make and model is the computer?

Depending on the answer above, you will go about this problem differently. Just in case, I'll post a more universal method below.

Assuming you have Windows 8. Hit Win + X, then hit M. If that doesn't get you to "Device Manager," then access it through the control panel.

Once in Device Manager, look for any "Unknown devices." If you find any, click on them and go to "properties." Then click on the drop down menu labelled "Property," and select "Hardware Ids" from that list. Post the first line of the Hardware IDs to this thread. I'll walk you through the next step as soon as you post the ID.

okay, so i downloaded "Qualcomm LAN Killer E2201 Driver" again and now ethernet controller is at Other devices.
and code 28 is shown in device status.

So code 28 is a "Driver not installed" error. Where did you download the driver from?

I believe i got it from the official Dell website... should i redownload it?

Try redownloading it, make sure it's the driver for your computer and your operating system.

It would really help if you could post the hardware IDs for the device with missing drivers, but you should be able to find the correct networking drivers on Dell's website.

Again, what is the model of Dell computer you own? What operating system does it run?

I had killer network manager on my vulcan but i dont know hot redownload it without internet

You would need to download the driver from another computer, one that had internet access.
