Okay, first question: Did you build this computer yourself?
If yes, what motherboard do you have?
If no, what make and model is the computer?
Depending on the answer above, you will go about this problem differently. Just in case, I'll post a more universal method below.
Assuming you have Windows 8. Hit Win + X, then hit M. If that doesn't get you to "Device Manager," then access it through the control panel.
Once in Device Manager, look for any "Unknown devices." If you find any, click on them and go to "properties." Then click on the drop down menu labelled "Property," and select "Hardware Ids" from that list. Post the first line of the Hardware IDs to this thread. I'll walk you through the next step as soon as you post the ID.
