Help!! Something wrong with my computer

So I installed windows service pack 1 manually ( Not by windows update ). So I waited for it to finish the install after the installation done the Windows ask me to restart and I clicked so. After it restart my windows 7 suddenly change to windows xp and all of my graphic card and proc is not working as well. I can't even access the internet so I need to ask about this by phone. Please help!! I would be appreciated for your help.

If its Win7 I doubt it would change to XP after an update
