Help Sony Vegas Pro 13!!!

My PC is taking 1 hour to render a 15 min video in 720p from av to wav files.and I do have gpu acceleration on plus tried adding or subtracting how much ram it could use.
Specs:
Cpu-fx6300
Gpu-960gtx 2gb ftw 2.0
Ram-8gb

Because WAV is a near lossless format, so is AVI if that is what you referred to by "av". GPU acceleration only helps if you use lots of effects that can be CUDA accelerated.

But the wierdest thing is my 7 year old laptop does just as good it's only dual core Athlon II P320 and 3gb ram
