Question Help stuck and pixel on screen

Hi I build my new pc around 10 months ago and I had no issues , good performance and really nothing to complain about anyway today I had this happening to me and then I turned off my pc and cleaned my ram sticks and did windows memory diagnostic standard test and no errors I updated the graphics card driver should I be worried of this? https://streamable.com/jfbvzp

Looks like some codec is missing otherwise it would happen to whole screen.

Can you explain more what you mean? The problem did not appear for a whole day, Do you mean it's a software problem, not a hardware problem?

Yes, SW problem. Did you try with another browser ?
