HELP Stuck at MSI motherboard splash screen!

I have an MSI 760GM-P34 FX
My computer was working fine yesturday, shut it down, turned it on and it was stuck on the spash screen. I tried reseting bios and enter bios, neither worked. I've had this pc 2 years working perfect. I also have an amd 8350, gtx 760 2gb. Also it beeps like it does when it posts.

You are lucky to use this combination for 2 yrs.
It is time to buy the new MB, at least AMD 970 chipset for your fx8350, or the whole new PC if you have the budget. Because the MB can't support the 125W TDP cpu, only up to 95W one because it has lower power phase counts ( 4+1).
