Help stuck on reset

Okay so my computer is stuck on start up. Won't repair problems, and won't reset. I bought a reboot disk but computer has to be clean. This is super agervating I think I got a Trojan virus

It won't go into safe mode I've tried and it's stuck on windows couldnt start up so then I click advanced options and it won't repair or do anything

After it says it could not fix anything (which Startup Repair is and always has been worthless) there should be an Advanced Options button by Shut Down. Click on that and then go to Advanced Options -- Are you able to get that far?

Yes I am able to get that far

And you have already tried to Reset through the Troubleshooting screen?
Do you want to keep any of your files?

At this point I just want my computer back. I can get everything back

Alright, so if the reset option did not work at all -- Your next option is to clean install by wiping everything out. You said you have a Windows 10 install DVD/USB? What is the model of you PC?

I have a reboot disk. I really aren't as smart with computers as I thought lol and I have a HP Pavillion 23
