Question Help suggesting GPU and a few other tidbits

I am building a new setup for my new home and I couldn't be more excited. Will finally have a dedicated gaming room and I want to do it justice. I am not sure what GPU I need and am hoping someone can help me out with a suggestion, I'm also open to any other suggestions on the build. Thanks in advance!!

A GTX 1070 should go well with this build. Also might want to consider a better rated PSU (e.g. 80 Plus Silver or Gold).
