Solution
Well if you have no limits then get a 2080ti and a decent PSU. I recommend EVGA for the Video Card and Seasonic for the PSU.

1080p GTX 1060, GTX 1070, 1660, rx580, rx 590.

what PSU, can yours feed the new card? which PSU do you have

pushing 3 1080 monitors, rx 580-590 or the gtx 1060 or gtx 1660ti can handle that at 60 HZ
for refresh rates up to 144hz a gtx 1070 or better would be called for.

which 600W psu? some are good some are stinkers. a good brand does not for a good PSU make they all make stinkers. which model?

a GTX 1 070 on a 1300x768 screen is a waste of money. like putting a V8 on a push lawnmower.
the proper tool for the proper situation. there are many instances when a 1070 is the wrong answer all around.
And on the topic of wasting money... The GTX 1050 ti.
Half the performance of a RX 570 for more money.

I only use two of those three for my PC, I can’t get you make and model of the PSU right now. I was thinking about getting a RTX 2660.

No such gpu as "RTX 2660" Exists.
If you meant GTX 1660 or RTX 2060 then yes, either of those would be a good option.
