[HELP] svchost.exe eating up so much physical memory

hello everyone, I recently reformatted my laptop and i was expecting it to run faster but what are the odds, it's actually slower than before and going to task manager svchost.exe is eating up almost 600,890 of memory
heres my specs:
for the ram only 1.89gb is usable
here are the associated services with svchost.exe and im not sure what should i disable
here are the programs that runs upon windows start up

and here are some of the schedule task that keeps on running

I don't see it in your services list screenshot, but usually you'll have one SVCHOST with high memory usage, and the service responsible is SuperFetch. That's by design. SuperFetch takes unused memory and places commonly-used programs in it; since your memory is accessed much faster than your hard disk, this speeds up these programs. It should automatically free memory when it's needed by something. It's a good thing- it's simply putting unused memory to use.
