[SOLVED] HELP: System Exception Error Boot Loop

Hello, I just upgraded my PC components but kept the same SSD. After building it and turning it on, I am experiencing a boot loop with the error service exception error.

My upgraded PC build is:

Ryzen 5 3600x
16 gbs ddr4 3200 Corsair vengeance ram
Stock cooler
Intel SSD SC2KW240H6
ASUS ROG Strix rx470
Thermaltake TR2
ASRock b450 pro 4 (box says ryzen 3000 ready)

Old PC build:

Intel Pentium G2030 3GHz Dual-Core (BX80637G2030) Processor
Gigabyte Ga-h61m-s2pv Desktop Motherboard
2 x 4 gb SamsungDDR3 RAM 1333
same gpu
same SSD
same power supply

Did you re-install Windows fully when you re-cycled the SSD into the new build?

I didn't do that and not sure how to. I thought it would be fine since I've switched motherboards before and everything was fine.

No, you need to re-install Windows. Too many hardware differences between configs.

Go to MS and download the latest version. Go from there.
