Question Help! System won't post, boot, no error, no fans only mobo onboard RGB and memok lights turn on

Im unsure what to do to fix it at this point. Ive reseated CPU, RAM, GPU, M.2's and everything in between. My current build is

have you tried with one m.2 drive?

Yeah, I only had enough time to take one out before work,i took out the one thats not under the heatsink. But no difference from removing that one.

Idk, what exactly happens when you press the power button?

Nothing. No fans spin no error codes from the speaker no boot. I tried the power button and tried shorting it too.

I dont think so, the memok light is green. And the memok button doesnt do anything
